One of the three Sutton Striders target marathons for Autumn 2024 is the Abingdon Marathon.

Taking place on Sunday, 20th October is the Oxfordshire town of Abingdon, this historic event starts and finishes on Tilsbury Park track and winds 26.2 miles through the local country roads.

The route is being updated for 2024 and the Abingdon Marathon is now one of only seven marathons in the UK that is an Abbott World Marathon Majors WANDA Age Group World Rankings qualifying race.

Entries cost £56 (affiliated) and are limited to a field size of 1,500.
