Details of our weekly training schedule are below.
Informal Sunday Runs
Sutton and Surrounding Area
Our members often arrange informal Sunday Long Runs. These are not formally led sessions and are not available for trials. They are planned in our WhatsApp group and are around 6-10 miles / 10-16km, or further for those training for Marathons.

Racing
All Year Long
Throughout the year we compete in various races, including relays, 10kms, halfs and marathons. If you're a first claim member you can represent the club in both the Surrey Road League and Surrey League Cross Country.
