Dedicated Club Welfare Officers ensures someone is specifically responsible for safeguarding concerns, while providing a clear point of contact for all members. They manage minor issues before escalation, contribute to positive club experiences, and strengthen the committee's governance structure—all complementing the shared safeguarding responsibility of everyone at the club.
