The first Sutton Striders overseas race is going to be the 10-mile Dam tot Damloop in Amsterdam. The event takes place Sunday, 22nd September and is the largest running event in the Netherlands, with 35k people taking part.

It is also ‘pannenkoeken flat’, taking in the vibrant streets of Amsterdam, passing through the IJtunnel and along picturesque canals to Zaandam.

There is also a 5-mile Damloop by Night on Saturday, 21st September, and several kids race options on the Saturday morning too.

Race registration opens 23rd April and this event always sells out fast, so make sure you register as soon as entries open to avoid disappointment.
