The Cancer Research UK London Winter Run is a ten kilometre challenge through the heart of the capital.

You will pass iconic landmarks such as St Pauls Cathedral and Trafalgar Square as you navigate the closed road 10km route. There will be plenty of snowy surprises and live music to support and encourage you all the way to the finish line. If you’re lucky, you might even spot a legendary yeti or two.
