The weekly Sutton Striders morning intervals session takes place at Overton Park at 7:15 for around 40 minutes of fast running.

The session is led by qualified run leaders, who will keep you on track during the session.

Intervals sessions vary by week and are geared towards helping members perform at their best at upcoming races.

Sutton Striders members can turn up a few minutes before the start of the session by the table tennis table in Overton Park.
