The weekly Sutton Striders evening intervals session takes place around Beddington Park.

We meet at 19:15 at Westcroft Leisure Centre in Carshalton, then head to Beddington Park for around 40 minutes of fast running.

The session is led by qualified run leaders, who will keep you on track during the session.

Intervals sessions vary by week and are geared towards helping members perform at their best at upcoming races.

Sutton Striders members can turn up a few minutes before the start of the session outside the main entrance of Westcroft Leisure Centre.
