The weekly Sutton Striders morning tempo session takes place at Overton Park at 7:15 for around 40 minutes of fast running.

The session is led by qualified run leaders, who will keep you on track during the session.

Tempo sessions vary weekly and help you to push harder for longer.

Sutton Striders members can turn up a few minutes before the start of the session by the table tennis table in Overton Park.
